MY STORY

I LOVE BEING IN MY KITCHEN

I've had the best teachers--my parents.  I've always done alot of baking & cooking in my kitchen.  Making meals, soups, baked goods, candy & canned goods.  We use our own fresh garden produce and farm eggs.
For many years I have been told I should start my own business--So here I am changing my career to go after my passion of being in my kitchen, where there is always goodness.  I've became certified in ServSafe food prep.  As well as taken 2 Chocolatier workshops in candy making.   Also becoming a member of the Retail Confectioners Association of Philadelphia. 
The past two summers I'v had the privledge of cooking & baking for 7 weeks for the campers & staff at Haycock Christian ministries-3 meals a day w/ desserts-LOVE spoiling these folks!!
